Incompletes Now Available In Matrix

You can now access your Incomplete listings in Matrix!

We are pleased to announce that you can now view, print and email a PDF of your Incomplete status listings here in Matrix. This allows you and your clients to check how they will appear in Matrix before you set them to Active or Coming Soon status.

Incompletes are visible in Matrix only to you as the List Agent or Co-List Agent. Those who have Office Broker permissions can see them for the whole office.

If you have any Incomplete listings currently in our Add/Edit system, they will show at the top of the "My Listings" box here on the Matrix Home screen (as shown in the screenshot below). If you do not have any Incomplete listings, "My Incomplete Listings" will be suppressed and not appear until you create an Incomplete. (Please note that any listing you enter into Add/Edit as "Withheld" status will still not appear here in Matrix. Withheld properties are not listings so they will never go to Matrix until after they have been converted to an active status. You could complete all of the information you need on the listing and print it while it is still in Incomplete status, then change it to Withheld.)

Click on "My Incomplete Listings" to view them and access the "Print" button where you can Print direct to your pinter, Print to a PDF document, or Email a link to a PDF. Incompletes cannot be emailed to the OneHome Client Portal.
