New Realist Launches on NorthstarMLS Matrix March 4!
Ready for a new-look Realist Tax? Starting March 4 (late morning), the Flash-free Realist environment will sport a responsive and modern user interface while maintaining a familiarity which makes it easy to learn and use. Powered by a combination of proprietary, public record and multiple listing data, the new Realist adds several functions to its extensive feature set, including a new “Sell Score” that uses CoreLogic analytics to determine the relative likelihood that a property will be listed for sale in the next six months.
Other new features include:
- Display results for up to 3,000 records
- Cards View - quick thumbnail view that displays a photo & a few fields of key info for each property
- Favorites - add any property from any search to your saved favorites in Matrix
- Mobile responsive design
