All of Instanet’s Support resources, such as live support, help videos, PDF guides, webinars and more can be found on the Support link on the left side of the page by all the icons – it’s a ? icon (second to the bottom) when you are logged into Instanet.Below are some links to resources Instanet has available:

- PDF Guides that are sorted and searchable by topic can be found here.
- Online Training & Webinars - new sessions added on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- Pre-Recorded webinar videos that you can view on your own time.
