COMING SOON: As we recently announced, the NorthstarMLS Matrix client portal (where you share listings with your clients) is undergoing a much-needed overhaul. The new version is called OneHome and is planned for release in early 2022.
It's an evolution of the Client Portal platform you're clients have been using for several years (new clients you add after the release won't even know anything has changed). The OneHome client portal enables you to collaborate with your clients in new ways – from enhanced home search to a guided checklist to help clients understand and navigate the real-estate transaction process.
Not much is going to change for you as an agent with these enhancements. But we recommend you attend this preview to see what is changing for your clients.
