NorthstarMLS subscribers may have questions about the tools and services their MLS, local associations and other entities offer. The NorthstarMLS help desk is available to help answer questions and guide you to the right answer and resources, but knowing the best place to call can save time.

It can be confusing to know which entity needs to be contacted to provide the appropriate assistance. The list provided can be used as a guide and make sure questions are answered in the most effective and efficient way possible.

Contact NorthstarMLS for:

  • Listing input questions (NorthstarMLS Add/Edit listing input tool)

  • Team/login as setup and creation (NorthstarMLS Roster tool)

  • Using MLS systems Matrix/Paragon/Flex

  • Integrated tools with MLS systems- ShowingTime, InfoSparks, TustFunds, TransactionDesk, MyFloodStatus, RPR, DPR, ListTrac, and RatePlug. (MLS staff may need to direct the subscriber directly to the vendor depending on the nature of the assistance required)

  • MLS forms questions

  • MLS Rules & Regulations

  • Notices/Fines issued for MLS compliance infractions

  • Log in access/credential issues
