We are thrilled to announce the addition of School District links to all Property Full displays in Matrix. In your listing search results, click the MLS ID to view the Property Full display. The School District Number (in the General Property Information section) is now hyperlinked. Click the link and a new browser tab/window will open in Realtors Property Resource (RPR) with a list of the schools for that district.
The school list features a wealth of details (including ratings and reviews), and a link to a Report for each school that you can give to your clients. Filter the list by Elementary, Middle, High and school name. Sort by school name, proximity and rating.
You have long had access to RPR's school info, but these links in Matrix give you way faster and more convenient access.
(Note: RPR is a tool provided by the National Association of Realtors as a member-only benefit. These school links are therefore not provided in the MLS client portals.)
