Tip of the Week: Homesnap’s Revamped News Feed

Homesnap recently released an important update to the Homesnap app: a complete overhaul of the News Feed (the bottom left tab in the app). The revamped News Feed can be used as a hot sheet. It provides market updates that are relevant to you and your transactions, the moment they happen, using the functionality of a social media feed so you can easily scroll through recent activity.

Your feed will display the properties your clients favorite in Homesnap and market changes (like status updates and price changes) that are relevant to your listings or a home you or a client favorited in the app. You can designate ZIP codes to monitor in the News Feed. The in-app feed is updated in real time, so you can check it regularly to get the latest scoop.

Gone are the days of clients alerting you to a new listing that matches their criteria. Your Homesnap News Feed will give you the upper hand.

Homesnap Pro, a NorthstarMLS mobile solution, is excited to announce its latest app feature: Homesnap Messages. The new built-in messaging feature makes talking to clients, friends and agents about homes fast and simple.

Homesnap messaging organizes conversations around homes in one place, so you can keep track of all of the homes that your clients are interested in. Buyer’s agents can keep track of all the homes discussed with each client – all in one place. For listing agents, all conversations related to a listing appear together on the listing page. Also, Homesnap Pro agents can message any other agent in their MLS in a single tap.
