Beginning the week of April 13th, we hope you can join us for one of our 30-45 minute web presentations to learn about the ShowingTime Appointment Center, scheduled to replace BookAShowing on May 3rd for all subscribers of NorthstarMLS.
You’ll hear about ShowingTime’s mobile app, customizable feedback, online scheduling and more. Plus, we’ll tell you how to contact Support and other important details.
During these live, online sessions you’ll also learn how to:
- Schedule appointments, update instructions, & manage feedback; all through the Mobile App
- Sync appointments automatically to personal calendars
- Schedule appointments online in the MLS and mobile app
- Use ShowingCart to schedule unique buyer’s tours
- Manage feedback and customize unlimited feedback templates
- Have mobile notifications to alert sellers when they can return home after a showing
NOTE: Click on the appropriate webinar session to get signed up — if you’re a broker/agent click on the “Agent Webinar”; if you’re office staff click on “Office Staff Webinar”. A new tab will open in your browser window. Pick a date/time that works for your schedule from the drop down list. You’ll receive an email confirmation once you register.
Additional Dates to Remember
April 13 – Weekly online webinar training sessions start. Each week there will agent sessions and office staff sessions, with plenty of dates and times to choose.
May 3 – Transition from BAS to ShowingTime. All of your showings history in BookAShowing will automatically transfer over to ShowingTime.
May 4 to 5 – On-site training for those who prefer in-person sessions over webinars. Dates/times will be announced for Twin Cities, St. Cloud, Brainerd and western Wisconsin.
May 16 – Final week of live online webinar training sessions. Recorded webinar sessions will be available after the live sessions end.
Late May – ShowingTime will survey NorthstarMLS subscribers for feedback and suggestions
Starting on May 3rd, ShowingTime will be live in NorthstarMLS!
Your NorthstarMLS team (as well as the ShowingTime Support team) will be ready to help you with any questions.
